|An overview of our Summer Season
Sand Soul Summers are designed offer our players a flexible schedule for summer beach training. Training Sessions are offered each morning (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday) from 9:30am to 12:00pm, and afternoons (Monday and Wednesday) from 4:00pm to 6:15pm. Players are assigned to coaches by ability, beginners to elite players. Our beach volleyball skills and technique training is taught by qualified, AVP professionals and college players. Offering 120 minutes of intense beach volleyball training. The last 30 minutes are dedicated to speed and agility training taught by pro beach volleyball player, Teri Del Conte.
You may purchase sessions to use at any time during the season. Our Summer Season sessions run longer than our other seasons and sessions for the Summer expire at the end of our Season where our other sessions do not expire. We also offer full-week session packages (this includes all access to both morning and afternoon sessions); sessions are not offered on Thursday due to OC Volley tournaments. We encourage players to participate in the is local event as part of the package (your tournament fee is included), however they can make up that day at another time.
We will provide each player a great learning atmosphere, making it fun but intense, getting our players ready for high school and college level play. In order to make it possible for us to create this environment, it is important that we know how many players are attending each session. By either reserving your players spot online or with the MINDBODY App (available for your phone or iPad) we will be able to provide the optimum number of coaches for each session.
